Are you looking for a new board member and want recommendations from Styrelisten? If so, please contact us by email or fill out this form. You can provide some information about your company and the profile you're looking for in your next board member, and/or we can arrange a meeting to discuss further.
 

We will provide you with recommendations for suitable candidates based on the profile you have requested. Subsequent discussions are typically held directly between you and the candidate. The minimum price for candidate recommendations is NOK 5,000,- ex. VAT plus a success fee if there's a match. If you want to know more, we are available for a conversation!

Matchmaking events

Some companies are interested in meeting multiple candidates with different profiles to assess which profile is most desirable. Styrelisten therefore facilitates physical meeting places where board candidates and companies have the opportunity to meet each other to present themselves, discuss potential opportunities in the short and long term, and build relationships.
 

Our matchmaking events are well-planned and structured, creating value for both parties. We invite candidates from Styrelisten based on the number of companies and the desired profile.
 

We arrange matchmaking with single companies, corporate structures, nomination committees, advisory firms, and industry-specific actors. Contact us if you would like us to arrange matchmaking for you.

Board courses and lectures

Our founders are lawyers who work with boards, nomination committees, and board-related issues every day. In addition, we have a number of experienced partners and candidates on Styrelisten who regularly hold courses on board-related topics.
